CCW Safe is proud to announce our new plans, which include add-ons for dedicated civil liability coverage. Unlike other legal service membership plans out there, the cost of your trial - which could easily be $500K or more in a civil lawsuit - won't come out of that $1 million of additional civil suit coverage. For current CCW Safe members, you can keep your existing plan as long as you want, and now add on civil liability coverage for a reasonable annual fee. Below is information on the new plans, with links to more details on our website.
Starting at $209, the CCW Safe Defender plan provides coverage for Concealed Carry Permit holders pursuant to any criminal, civil and administrative action stemming from a self-defense incident, including appeals if needed. The Primary member must either have a resident or non-residence Concealed Carry Permit, not substitutable by a Firearms Owner Identification card (FOID card). All permits must remain valid during the membership coverage period. Click here to find out more information about this plan, including restrictions and additional benefits. This plan also covers your spouse and entire family under the age of 18 years for all legal use-of-force responses to life-threatening attacks inside the home. If a spouse possesses a Concealed Carry Permit, he or she can be added to the Primary member coverage for $100. Other add-ons include dedicated civil liability coverage up to $1 million for an additional $220 per member annually, and bail bond liability up to $1 million for an additional $50 per member. The CCW Safe Defender Plan is one of the lowest-cost plans in the industry, from the company which successfully defended, from start to finish, a murder one self-defense case. See the summary of benefits below:
The CCW Safe Protector Plan starts at $179, and includes all the benefits of the Defender Plan. The Protector Plan is designed specifically to provide coverage to military or law enforcement officers (active or fully retired) for any criminal, civil or administrative legal action stemming from a self-defense incident occurring while OFF-DUTY. Click here for more information, including restrictions and additional benefits. The Primary member must either carry pursuant to HR218 for Law Enforcement members, or have a Concealed Carry Permit. Military personnel must carry under a Concealed Carry Permit. Furthermore, all permits must remain valid during the coverage period. Membership applicants are required to submit proof of active duty or retired status. The Primary member will be covered up to the level of a $500K bond for any legal use of force responses to life-threatening attacks at their residence, in their vehicle, any location where it is legal to carry a concealed weapon in public, or on premises where possession of a firearm is not illegal (all legal weapons covered). The same add-ons are available with this plan, including spouse coverage for an additional $100 annually, up to $1 million bail coverage for an additional $50 per member, and up to $1 million in dedicated civil liability for an additional $220 per member.
This is our top-tier, everything-included plan, priced at $519 for one year of coverage (annual membership only, with option for recurring subscription). The Ultimate Plan includes everything in the Defender Plan, plus additional counseling sessions, increased loss-of-wages payment during trial ($300 per day), increased payment for crime scene clean-up in the home and car, and more. The CCW Safe Ultimate Plan provides coverage for resident or non-resident Concealed Carry Permit holders, not substitutable by an FOID card. The subscriber is protected pursuant to any criminal, civil and administrative action stemming from a self-defense incident, including appeals if needed. The spouse of a Primary member is covered at no additional cost, provided he or she is also a Concealed Carry Permit holder. Furthermore, all family members under 18 years of age, residing in the home of the Primary member and who are not legally prohibited from possessing a firearm, are also covered at no additional charge inside the residence ONLY (all covered up to a $500K bond). Family members 18 years or older must have their own membership plan. The Primary member only has civil damage coverage up to $1 million, but civil damage coverage is available for a spouse as an add-on for an additional $220. All permits must remain valid during the membership coverage period. The Ultimate Plan provides the following benefits:
