OPEN CARRY

Licensed Individuals can carry concealed or open carry.

INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Cannot open carry in institutions of higher education, even in areas you can carry concealed.

HOLSTERS AND SECURE CARRY

All firearms. loaded or unloaded, must be carried in a shoulder or belt holster.

NEW APPLICANTS

New applicants will have additional training on restraint holsters and secure carry options for open carry.

NO NEW LICENSE FOR LICENSED CARRIERS

Licensed individuals will not have to obtain a new license

NO FEES

Licensed individuals will not have to pay any fees or take any additional training.

PRIVATE BUSINESS POSTING

Private businesses can post no open carry signs as they have that option with concealed carry.
