Tyler on Training: Video
Tyler Grey continues on his training series “The Draw” and talks about the use of video in training. Back 10 years ago, video wasn’t as practical in reference to training. But, with the ability of anyone to record high quality video on your phone, it is very practical. If you set up video of yourself drawing at the range, you can go back and watch it later and refine movements, and identify what you are doing wrong, and what you are doing right.

“Ive seen this time and time again in training students. Their perception is different from their reality, and they can see it through video”
Video as a tool can be that third, outside objective perspective to show you what you are doing wrong or right, and can be a great tool in making you better, more effective and more efficient.
