The Next Fight- Jury Selection
Don West, National Trial Counsel for CCW Safe, continues The Next Fight, talking about jury selection, and how important it is.
The purpose of jury selection is to find a jury that is fair and impartial, and one that will decide the case based on the evidence and the law. Don talks about how juries are selected, how they are removed, and the challenges to both sides, both the prosecutor, and the defense attorney.
After the jury is selected, the jurors are sworn to decide the case based on evidence and the law. They are then ready to hear opening statements, which will be the next video.
